Awards are presented in 27 categories, recognizing many different genres of music including Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop, Americana and World Music. Past performers include Jewel, Jason Mraz, Switchfoot and P.O.D. The San Diego Music Awards takes place on Monday, October 6th at Humphrey’s by the Bay.
